Handmade fabric cover journal, memory keeping journal, keepsake journal, diary journal, travelers journal, heirloom journal, writers journal, gift journal……… There are 10 journals which are all sold separately are all very similar inside and out with the set-up but the colours and paper designs are very random so with that said first in first serve or will randomly chose one. They consists of one signature with around 76 pages counting both sides for journaling or collaging or adding photos. The covers are made out of scraps of fabric randomly quilted together and used a solid cotton fabric for the lining. I have reinforced the cover using thick interfacing and sewing throughout. I have sewn two pockets inside the cover using more scraps of fabric and sewn the signatures onto the cover using waxed linen thread. All the papers I have used are an assortment of new and vintage papers with some vintage book pages, coffee dyed papers and water colour pages. I have sewn two strips of fabric for the closure and added a little bulb clip with a coin charm onto the closure fabric. I have added lots of pockets, folded pages, paper bags and envelopes with some you can remove, filled all the pockets with my own handmade ephemera and handmade a cute bag to put the journal in and lots of sewing throughout. Will be adding extra paper goodies for you to play with aswell 😃🖐
